inventory accuracy through effective cycle count and inventory control programs.\nDevelop contingency plans to address operational disruptions, labor challenges, transportation issues, system outages, and inventory concerns.\nBuild Strong Customer Partnerships\nServe as the primary operational leader and trusted partner for customer accounts.\nLead regular business reviews focused on service performance, KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and financial results.\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nEnsure contractual commitments and service level agreements are consistently achieved.\nDevelop and Inspire Teams\nCoach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.\nFoster a positive, engaged, and inclusive followed.\nSupport quality assurance and food safety requirements where applicable.\nPartner effectively with IT, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement teams to achieve operational goals.\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience\n10+ years of distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain experience.\nExperience leading operations within a 3PL environment preferred.\n5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large operational teams.\nExperience in eCommerce fulfillment, retail fulfillment, omnichannel distribution, or high-volume logistics operations.\nProven experience managing customer relationships and achieving contractual KPIs.\nStrong background in budget management and operational financial performance.\nSkills & Competencies\nExceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.\nStrong customer relationship management and communication skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).\nHighly analytical with strong financial acumen and experience interpreting operational metrics.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nData-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and business results.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.\nProfessional logistics or supply chain designation is
