employee technology needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.\nTroubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and end-user hardware.\nSupport Microsoft Dynamics 365 users by providing Tier 1 assistance and coordinating escalations with third-party support providers.\nConfigure, deploy, replace, and redeploy endpoint devices.\nCoordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and equipment logistics.\nAssist with office technology upgrades, workstation deployments, and infrastructure projects.\nMaintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers during technical projects.\nDocument support requests and maintain accurate ticket records.\nAssist with network connectivity troubleshooting and office technology support.\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience.\nExperience supporting:Windows 10/11\nMicrosoft 365\nDesktop and laptop hardware\nMobile devices\nPrinters and peripherals\n\nStrong customer service and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working with ticketing systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nCompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.\nExperience supporting small business or enterprise office environments.\nFamiliarity with asset management and hardware lifecycle
