Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support service delivery and incident resolution.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in Network Administration, Network Security, Cybersecurity Operations, or Infrastructure Support.\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Firewall, VPN, Proxy, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), SASE, or Cloud Security technologies.\n\nExperience with Prisma Access, Palo Alto Networks solutions, or equivalent security platforms is an advantage.\n\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, and common network protocols.\n\nExperience monitoring and supporting enterprise network environments and endpoint connectivity.\n\nFamiliarity with incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ticketing systems.\n\nAbility to create operational reports, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.\n\nRelevant certifications such as
