เพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการตรงกัน สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ Business Logic, Validation Rules, Data Flow และการเชื่อมต่อระบบเบื้องต้น จัดประชุม Requirement Gathering, Workshop และสรุปรายงานการประชุม จัดเตรียม UAT Scenario และ UAT Test Cases รวมถึงสนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบร่วมกับผู้ใช้งาน ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่พบระหว่างการพัฒนาและทดสอบระบบ รวมถึงประสานงานการแก้ไขกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดูแลการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ Requirement และจัดทำเอกสารประกอบโครงการให้เป็นปัจจุบัน\nQualifications\nปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Computer หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน System Analyst, Business Analyst หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องประมาณ 1-3 ปี\n\nมีประสบการณ์ในการเก็บ Requirement และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน\n\nสามารถจัดทำเอกสาร Requirement, Functional Specification, User Story หรือเอกสารวิเคราะห์ระบบได้\n\nมีความเข้าใจ SDLC, Software Development Process และ Agile/Scrum Methodology เบื้องต้น\n\nมีความรู้ด้าน Database และสามารถใช้งาน SQL เบื้องต้นได้\n\nมีความเข้าใจการเชื่อมต่อระบบผ่าน REST API หรือ System Integration เบื้องต้น\n\nสามารถจัดทำ Process Flow, System Flow, Use Case Diagram หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ระบบอื่น ๆ ได้\n\nสามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี และหากใช้ Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, Jira หรือ Azure DevOps ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nมีทักษะการสื่อสาร การวิเคราะห์ และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับทั้ง Business User และ Technical Team ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ\n\nมีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น
