The position will provide strategic insights, build up to date analytical capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nLead efforts to explore and adopt new analytics tools, technologies and methodologies ensuring the solutions are scalable, and add value to the organization\nOversee the creation and implementation of analytics solutions to address business challenges and ensure the implementation of best practices in data analytics, data governance, and data management.\nSpearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.\nWork continuously on exploring new data sources and fresh concepts/ideas to drive business growth and operational excellence.\nThe position will provide data-driven strategic insights, opportunities and thought leadership to partners in order to achieve or surpass company’s objectives.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor and optimize performance.\nLead efforts in reducing operational costs through process automation and optimization using analytics.\nProvide recommendations on efficiency improvements in business\nprocesses driven by data insights.\nEvaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to support the sector's analytics initiatives.\nDevelop methods to quantify the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance and monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of analytics projects.\nStay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and artificial intelligence and share relevant use cases to the rest of the analytics teams of the sector, to ensure the bank remains competitive.\nPresent complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful analytics project implementation.\nMaintain thorough documentation of analytics processes and methodologies · Leads and coaches a team of analysts and facilitates prioritization of day-to-day responsibilities of his/her team \nQualifications:\nCollege graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.\nHas at least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience.
