This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with development teams to optimize business workflows and technology implementations.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities:\nBusiness & Technical Analysis\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements for software solutions.\n\nTranslate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.\n\nConduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.\n\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.\n\nEngage in cross-functional tasks and emerging priorities as directed by leadership.\n\nSolution Design & Implementation\nCollaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.\n\nAssist in API integration, system interoperability, and data flow optimization.\n\nDefine workflow automation strategies to enhance efficiency.\n\nSupport testing, debugging, and validation of new systems.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication\nAct as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.\n\nFacilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights.\n\nProvide technical advisory to stakeholders on system capabilities.\n\nEnsure clear documentation of business processes and technical solutions.\n\nData & Performance Analysis\nConduct data analysis to support business decision-making.\n\nMonitor system performance, security, and compliance.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and optimization.\n\nEnsure data integrity and governance in technical implementations.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in business analysis, system integration, or software development.\n\nStrong understanding of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.\n\nCandidates must have experience working on API integration and development projects\n\nExperience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and process modeling tools.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
