With colleagues, customers, patients and residents in mind you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and make a real impact on their lives.\nRight from the start you’ll become part of our digital strategy, joining us on our journey and developing yourself along the way.\nIn this role you will be a senior technical leader within the Care Services Digital & Data team, responsible for defining, governing and evolving the technical direction of the Care Services data product portfolio.\nWorking in partnership with Senior Product Managers, Product Managers and multi-disciplinary product squads, you will ensure that data and AI products are designed, delivered and evolved in a way that is scalable, secure, governed, reusable and aligned to customer, operational and business outcomes. You will also be a technical counterpart to the Senior Product Manager, ensuring product vision and strategy are translated into robust, sustainable and high-quality technical solutions.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nOwn the technical vision and technical roadmap across the Care Services data product portfolio\nPartner with Senior Product Managers to ensure roadmaps balance customer needs, business outcomes, technical sustainability and platform evolution\nProvide technical leadership across multiple squads, ensuring consistency of approach and alignment with strategic objectives\nAct as the technical authority for complex data product design decisions\nEstablish and maintain standards, frameworks and best practices across the Care Services data product estate\nDrive adoption of modern engineering and analytics practices across Azure, Snowflake, Power BI and associated technologies\nWork closely with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineers and Analysts to support successful product delivery\nManage technical dependencies across multiple products and squads\nIdentify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI and advanced analytics to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency and business performance\nWhat you’ll bring:\nSignificant experience delivering complex data and analytics solutions within large-scale organisations\nExperience providing technical leadership across multiple teams, products or domains.\nStrong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms and analytics ecosystems\nExperience working with Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, GCP and associated modern data technologies\nDeep understanding of data modelling, semantic modelling, metrics design and analytical product development\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills\nExperience operating within Agile and product-led delivery environments\nExperience evaluating and implementing AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or automation capabilities within digital and data products\nAbility to identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can drive measurable improvements in customer, colleague and business outcomes\nKnowledge of data governance, lineage, master data management and data quality frameworks\nExperience supporting AI, machine learning or advanced analytics solutions in production environments\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
