Manages project budgets and Metromont’s relationship with the customer during construction and close out.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTo coordinate Metromont’s engineering, drafting, production, and subcontract activities which will result in the achievement of the Company’s objectives and goals in the following key result areas:\nServe as the “team” leader to ensure the delivery of a quality project from a design, product, and overall experience perspective to Metromont’s customers.\nManagement of Metromont’s outstanding accounts receivable to minimize the number of days sales outstanding both with and without retainage.\nAdherence of Metromont personnel and subcontractors to Metromont’s field safety programs and adherence to site safety requirements.\nRetain ownership for each project assigned from project start through acceptance and final payment.\nThis position has direct responsibility for:\nOrganize the turnover meeting for each project assigned.\nDevelop and maintain Metromont’s internal project schedule (tracking both internal Metromont personnel and outside consultant adherence) and coordinate the activities of Metromont’s project team to assure that Metromont’s schedule meets the overall project schedule.\nReview of submittal drawings for constructability issues and compliance with Metromont standards.\nReview contracts and provide input with regards to Terms and Conditions and Scope of Work to Contracts Administrator.\nCoordinate with the erector the submittal of the stability plan; setup stability review meeting within the required time frame prior to erection.\nSetup and conduct the internal pre-erection meeting at least two weeks prior to erection start.\nAll required project submittals (mix designs, FAA determination, brick, samples, caulk, etc)\nManage project scope versus contract requirements and Metromont’s project estimate.\nCoordination and management of change orders on assigned projects.\nFacilitate resolution of problems related to the project.\nCoordinate all information and correspondence with respect to project design, schedule, scope, production, erection, field finishing, etc., between external members of the project team and Metromont’s members of the project team.\nAssure that all members of Metromont’s project team are of the same understanding with respect to project expectations for scope, schedule, quality, etc.\nMaintain project documentation in accordance with Metromont’s standards.\nAttend regularly scheduled project job site meetings as required by contract or the customer.\nAttend regularly scheduled design coordination meetings as required by contractor the customer.\nDevelop, along with the Accounts Receivable Technician, the project’s schedule of values.\nManage Metromont’s billing process and the outstanding accounts receivable for projects assigned.\nCoordinate project close out documentation and billing of final retainage.\nAssure the timely selection of subcontractors.\nAssure Metromont’s field subcontractors adhere to Metromont’s standard field safety program, OSHA safety requirements, as well as any special safety requirements stipulated either by contract or the customer.\nProvide feedback both on an ongoing basis and upon project completion to Metromont’s project team with respect to the quality of the product, field services, and customer experience with Metromont.\nWeekly site visits on all projects, where applicable.\nDocument progression of work/issues with photos.\nProvide weekly updates on erection tracking log to project team.\nMonitor project budgets;
