In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner closely with Local Operations, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Tech teams to maintain real-time visibility into deployment progress, ensure alignment across leadership, and hit crucial launch timelines. Your work will directly impact individual and enterprise onboarding, shape new product features, and drive subscriber conversion to deliver a seamless experience for our partners and members across the region. As a serial problem-solver, builder, and data-driven decision-maker, you thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, comfortable digging into data, challenging standard operational methods, and turning chaos into structure to continuously scale operations.\nWhat you’ll do\nOversee hundreds of new site launches across the East Region from contracting through post-launch execution\n\nProvide occasional in-person support on go-live days through required regional travel\n\nManage budgeting and signage requests for your region, coordinating timely ordering with field teams to eliminate expedited shipping costs\n\nOwn regional launch reporting for company leadership, maintaining a real-time pulse on project statuses\n\nCollaborate alongside Sales, Product, Tech, and Local Operations to keep all launch deliverables on track\n\nPartner with property managers, real estate partners, and internal operations to support comprehensive tenant and enterprise onboarding\n\nEducate and align field teams on new platforms, tools, and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nPartner with Product and Tech to build automated tools and establish SOPs that eliminate manual operational work\n\nLeverage AI tools, Salesforce, and Trello to optimize data flows, maintain system hygiene, and streamline static workflows into high-output processes\n\nDeploy automated pre-launch email drip campaigns to drive subscriber conversion and user adoption\n\nWhat we’re looking fo\n5+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management\nDemonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-site projects from contracting to post-launch execution\n\nProficiency or working knowledge of project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau\n\nExperience using AI tools to optimize workflows \n\nExperience pulling data and owning operational metrics reported directly to executive leadership\n\nProven experience deploying automated email campaigns to drive user or subscriber conversion\n\nExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across internal teams, external partners, and property managers\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site go-lives\n\nPassion for transportation, parking, mobility, logistics, or real estate technology\n\nExperience in a fast-paced tech environment\n\nAnticipated Base Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.\nActual base pay offered is determined by qualifications, years of relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
