# Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of secure AWS cloud environments supporting critical government missions. What you’ll do: Build, configure, operate, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including environments in AWS GovCloud, using services such as EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, and AWS Organizations. Proactively pick up and manage support tickets, collaborating with teammates to troubleshoot infrastructure, access, and networking issues, implement solutions, and follow through to resolution. Communicate ticket status, technical issues, and resolutions clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
