Value for our customers. \nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below! \nWhat you’ll do: \nYou'll work with 4 team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment.\nYou'll also provide troubleshooting and log in support to end users.\nYou'll provide day-to-day support of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.\nYou’ll update reports and documentation.\nYou’ll integrate lessons learned to processes and procedures.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed: \nA bachelor's degree.\nAn active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret.\n3 years of experience with hands on experience supporting mobile devices, including cell phones, laptops and tablets.\n2 years of experience in a customer facing and fast paced environment.\nKnowledge/experience in troubleshoot IT issues, providing end user support, asset management, and securing mobile devices.\nAn understanding of managing tickets, communicating via email, and proficiency using MS Excel.\nHOURLY RATE RANGE: $33.65 - $40.87\nThe hourly rate for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
