Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork with the Senior Architect, and engage with customers and internal teams, explaining architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and implementation options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRecommend cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps patterns that align with government security and operational requirements.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and develop practical mitigation strategies. \nBuild and update hybrid deterministic-agentic AI pipelines using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex to orchestrate modular, multi-step workflows.\nFine-tune large language models for instruction-following, code synthesis, and domain-specific adaptation.\nIntegrate code-as-data paradigms (ASTs, control/data flow graphs) to improve model explainability and trust.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nLocated: Indianapolis, IN metro area\nSecret Security clearance\nIntermediate experience building AI, ML, or data science applications\n1+ years of experience in AI system design\nFoundational understanding of fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating them using real-world benchmarks (HumanEval, BigCodeBench, CodeXGlue).\nFamiliarity with multi-agent orchestration, agent frameworks (LangChain, Google ADK), and prompt engineering.\nFamiliar with model context protocol (MCP) to standardize how models interact with APIs and external data sources, including legacy code bases.\nProficient in Python, API development, and secure system design.\nInterpersonal skills, shows ability to take technical direction and provide quick turn MVP examples.\nRecommend cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps patterns that align with government security and operational requirements.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, and develop practical mitigation strategies.\nSALARY RANGE: $78,000 - $115,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
