Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport the design and implementation of cloud-based architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in alignment with industry best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud infrastructure.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to a team of cloud engineers, reviewing their work, and helping them solve complex technical challenges.\nEngage with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and stay current on evolving cloud technologies and compliance standards.\nProvide requirement decomposition/definition and engineering expertise to assure program requirements are developed and sustained.\nPrepare operating instructions and end user training.\nDevelop and implement cloud governance strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.\nLead efforts to automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.\nAct as a subject matter expert on cloud engineering best practices, participating in knowledge sharing and contributing to the company's technical community.Participate in all phases of risk management assessments and architecture.\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Poly.\n10+ years of relevant IT, systems or infrastructure experience, including 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience.\nExperience designing, building, supporting and troubleshooting AWS cloud infrastructure in classified government environments.\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda and CloudFormation.\nExperience supporting AWS GovCloud and/or other classified AWS environments.\nStrong infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.\nExperience implementing cloud security controls, including IAM, SSO, federation, security baselines and account-auditing policies.\nExperience securing and hardening Linux or Windows cloud systems in accordance with applicable security and RMF requirements.\nScripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash or a similar language.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex cloud environments.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSALARY RANGE: $220,000 - $290,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
