Value for our customers.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAdminister and optimize on-premises and cloud database systems through management of schemas, tables, indexes, and stored procedures to ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance for enterprise applications and services.\nDevelop, execute, and refine SQL queries, scripts, and reporting logic to support data access, extraction, and analysis requirements. Support development of business intelligence reports and dashboards. primarily in Power Bl.\nImplement and enforce data retention and data governance policies and access controls by managing user roles and permissions, auditing, backups, and data quality standards and policies.\nEstablish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence with your knowledge and skills, and use your creativity to provide innovative solutions that fit the customer’s needs.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.\n7-10 years of hands-on SQL Server administration and engineering experience.\n\nExperience with database automation and DevOps practices, including:\nPowerShell, dbatools, or similar SQL Server automation tools.\nDesired State Configuration (DSC) or comparable configuration management technologies.\nExperience managing code and deployments using GitLab, GitHub, or similar version control platforms.\nExperience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar technologies.\nStrong experience with SQL Server high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security best practices.\nSALARY RANGE: $138,000 - $184,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
