Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government.\nDesign and operate Kubernetes and container platforms supporting mission-critical workloads.\nMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.\nEnsure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security.\nParticipate in Agile execution, planning, and continuous improvement activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in complex environments.\nCommunicate platform status, risks, and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.\nEstablish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.\nUse creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nActive Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.\nRequired technical certifications include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Terraform Associate.\nPossess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role, such as Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, or CISSP.\n6+ years of experience in systems or DevOps engineering, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.\nDemonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or OpenShift.\nHands-on experience ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of containerized environments in enterprise or mission-critical settings.\nOperational experience managing CI/CD pipelines, container build processes, and infrastructure automation.\nHands-on experience deploying, managing, and operating container runtimes, orchestration tooling, and supporting services.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tooling including Rancher, Helm, Docker, Cilium, Rook, Ceph, MinIO, S3, and PortWorx.Experience leading or assisting in design and implementation on complex integrated container platforms.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.\nAbility to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.\nRequired technical certifications include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Terraform Associate.\nThis position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.\nSALARY RANGE: $165,000 - $285,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
