Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nGuide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements.\nDevelop product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements.\nConduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.\nDevelop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.\nParticipate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market.\nCOMPETENCIES/SKILLS:Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC)\nFunctional Specification\nMarket Integration Testing\nProduct Roadmap Management\nNew Product Development\nProduct Demonstration\nSoftware Requirements Specification\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role\nExperience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps\nAbility to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives\nStrong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams\nExperience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences\nExperience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products\nAbility to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferred\nThis position requires the ability to work onsite five (5) days per week. Candidates must be able to meet this onsite requirement for the duration of the role.\nSALARY RANGE: $166,000 - $189,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
