Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop, cultivate, and manage client relationships\nMaintain lines of communication and delivery with government contracts and contracts technical representative staff\nAssist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work; leverage organization resources to improve capacity for project work; and interview, select, develop and evaluating team members\nDefine and manage project management processes and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for technical project management\nTeam build and promote the empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team\nManage project financials and supporting contract documents ensuring a healthy project gross margin, appropriate staff utilization, funding and contracts paperwork, invoicing and payments, budge to actual variances, financial and staffing projections, estimate to complete and estimate at completion, project management review reporting, and, if appropriate, earned-value reporting\nPrioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments\nEvaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes\nCollect and translate business requirements into technical requirements\nEscalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders\nReport to a MetroStar Sr. Director who will provide support, guidance, information, and resources to help you be successful\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nYou have active TS/SCI with an CI Polygraph.\nYou have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.\nYou have a minimum of ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience, focusing on agile projects.\nYou have at least three (3) years specialized experience in business process analysis and change management.\nYou have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\nYou have experience managing large complex IT programs for Federal customers related to new product development and modernization\nYou have experience strategizing, planning, leading organizing, and motivating project delivery team\nYou have experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of an IT program\nYou have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building\nYou have strong written and oral communication skills\nYou have demonstrated ability to determine and implement improvements for program to achieve quality, and customer excellence.\n SALARY RANGE: $129,000 - $211,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
