Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou will lead the development, integration, and deployment of secure, scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions tailored to federal mission requirements.\nDesign and implement enterprise integrations, advanced Service Catalog capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven enhancements to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.\nOversee release management, code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with federal security standards, including NIST and FISMA.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.\nContinuously evaluate platform capabilities, optimize performance, and recommend improvements that support modernization objectives and long-term operational success.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nHave an ACTIVE Secret security clearance\n6+ years of designing and leading the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms across enterprise modules\n6+ years of experience in translating business goals into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that has improved workflows, productivity, and service delivery.\n3+ years of Service Portal Development experience\nWork in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers\nUtilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work\nAdvise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices\nSALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $180,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
