Value for our customers.\nIf you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!\nWhat you’ll do:\nAttend all agile scrum ceremonies.\nFacilitate design research meetings.\nCreate designs for new or enhanced features of web applications. \nWork with project stakeholders to update and refine designs based on feedback.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\n5+ years' experience as a UX Designer supporting a web-based application\n5+ years' experience using design tools including Figma/FigJam to create userflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups\n5+ years' experience conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, presenting findings to different stakeholder groups, finding qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate designs, and providing recommendations for plain language\n5+ years' experience developing UX artifacts supporting design research and architecture\nExperience using Atlassian suite of tools in support of large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment\nStrong understanding of business requirements and how they impact design and a user's digital experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability\nSALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $130,000\nThe salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
