Join a team that values innovation, scientific rigor, and real-world impact, where your work truly matters.\nResponsibilities\nScientific lead on the project and be the client's main source of contact. \nPerform all aspects of modeling and simulation to support drug development and clinical trials.\nProvide consultation and technical guidance for clients.\nPrepare reports and presentations for internal and external dissemination.\nWorks collaboratively within assigned agile project team(s) to accomplish team goals.\nParticipate in MetrumRG training courses as a teacher or aid.\nPresent and publish scientific findings.\nProvide mentoring to scientific staff.\nServe a leadership role in advancing the goals of the company.\nProject scoping and proposal preparation.\nGenerate new business leads.\nRequirements, Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated proficiency in applying NONMEM modeling and simulation tools to quantitative decision-making.\nPerform programming and use statistical tools such as stan, R, or SAS.\nAbility to sit on drug development teams as pharmacometrician or statistician or systems pharmacologist.\nDesired: Perform Bayesian data analysis.\nAbility to work with others to complete team level tasks.\nFluent in the use of Internet technologies and web-based software.\nEducation and Experience\nPh.D. degree in a scientific discipline (pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, mathematics, statistics, biomedical engineering or a related field) or Master's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent.\nExperience: 10+ years direct postgraduate experience.
