You will play a central role in Group reporting, from monthly management reporting to the Annual Financial Statements and Interim Reports, and help develop our reporting processes and tools. Beyond reporting, you will provide analyses that support management decision-making.\nThis is a senior expert role with no direct reports. You will coordinate Group-wide reporting and planning processes, act as a key contact for business area finance teams and report to the Director, Group Accounting and Reporting.\nWhat will you get to do?\nPrepare monthly reporting for the Metsä Group Management Team, including key figures and performance analysis\nAnalyse key performance drivers, trends and deviations, and carry out ad hoc analyses and scenario assessments that support management decisions\nPrepare the Annual Financial Statements and Interim Reports together with the team and Group Communications\nCoordinate the Group's financial planning processes and related management reporting\nDevelop reporting processes, tools and controls\nWork closely with Group Finance, business area finance teams and auditors\nActively participate in the upcoming change and development of Metsä Group’s consolidation system together with the team and stakeholders.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMaster's degree in accounting, finance or economics\nAt least five years of experience in group reporting, financial accounting or controlling, ideally in a listed company or auditing listed clients\nSolid knowledge of IFRS and listed-company reporting requirements\nHands-on experience with Oracle HFM or another consolidation tool\nStrong presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to management and non-finance audiences\nStrong analytical skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn complex financial topics into actionable insights\nAbility to work independently and in a team, and to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines\nFluent Finnish and English\nStrong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in AI tools such as Copilot\nExperience with SAP, Power BI or other EPM tools is an advantage.\nWhat do we offer?\nA visible Group-level role working directly with Metsä Group's management and influencing its decisions\nA broad view of the Group's businesses, figures and performance\nThe opportunity to develop consolidation, reporting and planning processes and tools\nA skilled, supportive team and room to grow your expertise\nCareer in the new era at Metsä Group \n\nAn international growth business - build a successful career At Metsä Group.
