This role will be joining our Separations Business Line, Flotation and is located in our Espoo Headquarter.\nAs a project lead and subject matter expert, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions while adhering to project schedules and budgets. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious person to take the next step in their career and make a great impact in our customer projects. \nWhat you’ll do\nProject Leadership: Lead and manage design aspects in equipment delivery projects, acting as the primary point of contact\nQuality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all designs, adhering to relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,\nCustomer Interaction: Review and interpret customer technical documentation and requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.\nScheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.\nCost Control: Monitor and control project costs related to design and procurement, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.\n Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, electrical) to ensure seamless collaboration.
