Handle and take ownership of queries in a timely manner.\nParticipate and perform assigned tasks in period-close procedures\nProcess and monitor misc. transactions and ensure that all entries are recorded, supportive documents attached, etc.\nPlacing, monitoring and closing hedges (both flow and IFRS)\nUpdating hedge positions against the project PO and receivables\nExecuting foreign currency hedges and SPOT deals\nBank account management\nHandling hedges for netting runs\nCreate and update the intercompany netting process including the identification of the maturing hedges FXFLOW & FXIFRS for rollover\nReport preparation for the IFRS9 Hedge accounting\nProviding ad hoc support with SAP BI and Kyriba reports to both management and counterparties\nGroup foreign exchange risk management and reporting\nPost bank statement entries related to hedging result and hedge accounting\nFollow the bookings made for projects and move balances from pending account when hedge accounting is ended\nMonthly legal entity foreign exchange exposure analysis\nCommunication with project managers /controllers /sales organization /procurement team /logistics team\nConsulting business units in the financial risk management issues\nSupport counterparties in treasury related questions and perform ad hoc analysis\nCollect data to internal/external authorities, partners, etc.\nRequirements\n12+ months of relevant experience\nProcess understanding\nKnowledge and at best experience with banking, financial products and cash management\nAttention to details, analytical skills\nSolution oriented, problem solving skills\nAbility to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines\nAdvanced written and oral English\nSAP, Kyriba, or other ERP experience\nWe Offer\nChallenging opportunities contributing to Metso’s industry leading solutions in a friendly, respectful and global environment\nModern office in Vilnius city center\nHybrid work model, international workcation opportunity\nCompensation to help you establish your home office\nAdditional holiday days\nSystems training, e-learning courses, webinars, company events\nProfessional development, including financial support for ACCA\nPrivate Health Insurance + other flexible benefits\nFlexible salary 1500-2000 EUR monthly/Gross + annual bonus\nPlease note that we will start reviewing candidate CVs as soon as they come in and arranging interviews with suitable candidates before the job ad deadline.\nMetso is committed to pay equity and transparent reward practices globally.
