We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (gn) to join our team in Baden (CH) as soon as possible.
What you’ll do:
- Constructive integration of existing products into a customer-specific solution with 3D models, parts lists, drawings and specifications
- Constructive implementation of product-specific optimizations (product maintenance)
- Integration and documentation review of auxiliary systems (purchased parts) such as gearboxes, lubrication units, valves, tools, etc. from suppliers
- Independent planning and execution of projects with a focus on high-quality results, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction within the expected budget
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as project management and service
- Actively participate in R&D projects
- Compliance with standards and norms
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Several years of experience with 3D CAD / PDM (Inventor/Vault)
- Manufacturing and assembly experience with mechanical components
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style
- Enthusiastic and communicative personality, proactive approach, networked thinking and action, as well as an independent and solution-oriented work style
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsible and conscientious
- Very Good written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
