In this role, you’ll help coordinate customer orders from handover through production and delivery, working closely with teams across operations, supply chain, engineering and logistics.\nIt’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. The role can be based in Kalgoorlie or Perth, with an additional 10% allowance applicable when based in Kalgoorlie.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate customer orders from sales handover through production planning and execution\nCreate and manage sales and production orders in SAP\nMonitor order progress, identify potential risks and keep stakeholders informed\nWork closely with assembly, warehouse, purchasing, engineering and logistics teams\nCoordinate priorities across multiple orders while keeping customer commitments front of mind\nAdapt plans when priorities, designs, materials or capacity change\nBuild positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers\nHelp ensure orders are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations \nWhat will help you succeed\nYou don’t need to tick every box. We’re interested in your experience, transferable skills and your willingness to learn.\nYou may bring:\nExperience in order management, manufacturing, production planning, project coordination or a similar environment\nExperience using SAP, or another ERP system, with the ability to learn new systems\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities\nA collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders\nClear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset\nAn ability to work with autonomy while knowing when to involve others\nExperience with planning tools such as MS Project or similar would be beneficial \nWhat’s in it for you?\nThis role gives you the opportunity to broaden your experience across operations, supply chain and customer delivery while building strong coordination and stakeholder management capability.
