To communicate organizational needs and oversee team’s performance to provide guidance and support for individual development needs.\nDue to operational requirements this role is based at our Forrestfield facility.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop production and warehouse teams.\nChampion a strong safety culture and maintain 5S standards across the site.\nEnsure production schedules, quality standards, and KPIs are achieved.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and efficiency.\nCoordinate workflows, resources, and maintenance activities to minimise downtime.\nMonitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.\nManage inventory, warehouse operations, and accurate movement of goods.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and legislative standards.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational performance.\nTo succeed\nYou will have the ability to plan, direct, and monitor all production activities within the process area to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; safety, quality, efficiency, cost and people.\nYou will bring:\nProven experience as supervisor or relevant role\nFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines\nAbility to learn a variety of job descriptions\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nOutstanding organizational and leadership skills\nBasic level of MS Suite\nForklift License\nDiploma/Certificate in First Line Management or relevant field\nVery good at empowering people to make people act\nAbility to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management\nSAP Experience (desirable)\nDogging and Rigging License (desirable)\nOnly those with full working rights in Australia need apply.\nPlease note pre-employment medical and DAS forms part of our onboarding processes.\nWe understand that some highly capable candidates might hesitate to apply for a role unless they meet every listed qualification.
