They are the guiding principles we expect everyone to act accordingly, and we believe that by living our values we will build a common, thriving culture.\nThe role\nMetso Services Operations team are looking for a Project Coordinator LCS to support executed mining parts and services contracts (Life Cycle Solutions contracts).\nThis position will be based in our West Perth office alongside our supportive team of colleagues. We offer flexibility in our work from home/remote days.\nMain Responsibilities\nCoordinate assigned LCS and LCA contracts and projects, including OPA, MOI, VHI, consignment, repairs, field services, and specialist labour.\nSupport safe, compliant, and profitable contract delivery in line with customer agreements and Metso processes.\nPlan workloads, priorities, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues when required.\nMaintain and communicate project schedules, action plans, milestones, and key deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and issue resolution.\nManage SAP S/4HANA transactions, including orders, procurement, cost tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and project closeout activities.\nCoordinate invoicing through customer portals, including Ariba, and support timely revenue recovery.\nManage consignment inventory, including consumption reporting, replenishment, and stock accuracy.\nMonitor project performance, costs, profitability, backlog, and delivery risks.\nPrepare KPI, financial, inventory, risk, and performance reports for internal and customer reviews.\nMaintain risk, issue, decision, and action registers, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation.\nEnsure contract documentation, approvals, pricing, variations, and reporting requirements are maintained and controlled.\nAct as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and resolving enquiries.\nDrive continuous improvement through standardised processes, improved data quality, and lessons learned.\nSupport contract renewals, service expansions, site onboarding, and portfolio growth initiatives.\nTo Be Successful in This Role, the Ideal Candidate Will Possess:\nExperience in project coordination, contract administration, customer service, or a similar support role.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.\nThe ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and follow up actions to achieve successful delivery outcomes.\nExperience maintaining accurate records, documentation, reports, and contract information.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely work.\nExperience supporting invoicing, purchasing, order processing, inventory administration, or other commercial activities.\nWorking knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system for order management, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, project management, and reporting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nExperience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, follow up actions, and escalate where required.\nA customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.\nA continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.\nThe ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nCommitment to Metso's safety, quality, and ethical standards.\nWe understand that some highly capable candidates might hesitate to apply for a role unless they meet every listed requirement.
