In this role, you will provide local project execution support at one of our key manufacturing hubs, strengthening project visibility, technical coordination, quality governance and execution follow-up across the CNS equipment portfolio.\nYou will work closely with Project Managers, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure projects progress effectively through manufacturing, testing and delivery.\nThe role will be based at our Oradea manufacturing plant in Romania, providing close connection to manufacturing and project execution activities.\nYou will report to Manager, CNS Projects Central Region\nTeam You Belong To\nYou will join a global CNS Project Management team focused on delivering successful equipment projects across our markets and manufacturing network.\nOur team operates globally, with members located across multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on delivering results together.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide local project execution presence at the manufacturing hub, maintaining visibility of project progress, priorities, risks and constraints.\nMonitor manufacturing progress against project milestones, highlighting deviations and supporting follow-up and escalation with responsible functions.\nManage selected equipment orders where appropriate, based on project scope, risk and customer requirements.\nSupport project Quality and ITP governance, including ITP development, inspections, hold/witness points, quality records and action closure.\nSupport factory testing and FAT activities, including coordination of customer inspection and witness requirements.\nSupport engineering and technical coordination, ensuring drawings, specifications, documentation and technical information support project and manufacturing requirements.\nSupport ETO proposal estimates by providing project execution input across coordination, quality, testing and documentation requirements.\nSupport resolution of execution issues and local expediting across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics.\nProvide accurate project and portfolio visibility, supporting forecasting, backlog reporting, manufacturing status and expected delivery readiness.\nSupport equipment readiness and handover, ensuring required manufacturing, testing, quality and project documentation is available prior to delivery.\nKey Focus Areas\nCNS equipment portfolio: Provide local execution support and visibility across CNS equipment projects executed through the Oradea manufacturing hub.\nManufacturing execution: Maintain strong on-the-floor visibility of manufacturing progress, milestones, constraints and equipment readiness.\nQuality & testing: Strengthen ITP governance, inspection and test activities, FAT/customer inspection support and quality documentation throughout execution.\nWho You Are\nExperience in project engineering, project execution or equipment delivery roles.\nRelevant engineering or technical qualification with practical manufacturing experience.\nStrong understanding of quality, ITPs, inspections, factory testing and FAT.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.\nExperience with SAP, ERP systems and project reporting tools.\nStrong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills across functions.\nProactive, hands-on approach to execution risks, follow-up and continuous improvement.\nWhat’s in It for You\nWellbeing & Safety\nComprehensive healthcare, wellness programs, and employee benefits\nPerformance-Based Incentives\nParticipation in global bonus programs linked to business performance\nCareer Growth & Development\nOpportunities for continuous learning, internal mobility, and career progression\nGlobal Exposure\nWork with international stakeholders and complex project environments\nCollaborative Culture\nA professional and supportive environment focused on accountability, trust, and results\nGet in Touch\nInterested in this opportunity?
