In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex EPS projects, ensuring successful delivery against financial, schedule, quality, health, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction objectives while supporting long-term customer partnerships and sustainable business growth.\nYou will report to the Senior Director, Project Planning & Management, and the role location is Espoo, Finland, with a hybrid working model available.\nTeam you will belong to\nYou will join the Project Management team within Minerals Plant Solutions. The team is responsible for managing EPS projects throughout the project lifecycle, from sales and tendering support through execution, commissioning, close-out, and handover to Services.\nThe team collaborates closely with customers, project stakeholders, engineering, commercial, and delivery functions across locations and cultures to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term customer value.\nWhat you'll do\nLead EPS projects in accordance with Metso’s delivery model, project management practices, and business processes.\nManage project scope, schedule, financial performance, resources, risks, opportunities, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as the primary customer interface and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions, locations, and cultures to achieve project objectives.\nManage change orders, claims, and contractual communications in cooperation with Contract and Commercial Management.\nSupport sales, tendering, and project development activities through planning expertise, risk assessments, execution input, and lessons learned.\nIdentify additional business opportunities during project execution and ensure effective project close-out, documentation, and handover to customers and service organizations.\nPromote a project environment built on teamwork, accountability, professionalism, open communication, and adherence to Metso’s values, Code of Conduct, and compliance requirements.\nWhat you'll bring\nRelevant degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.\nExtensive experience in industrial plant delivery projects, engineering management assignments, or leading significant project work packages.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects in a global matrix organization and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to manage contractual commitments, project finances, risks, and opportunities.\nAbility to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across functions, locations, and cultures.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare contractual, commercial, and customer-facing correspondence.\nProven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and support high performance during demanding project phases.\nSound judgment, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and change effectively.\nFluency in English.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.\nWhat's in it for you\nAt Metso, you will combine meaningful work with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.
