You will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of cone series products, including new product design, technical upgrades, product-related technical support, technical documentation management, and market information collection and feedback.\nIn this role, you will play an important part in strengthening the competitiveness, reliability, and performance of our cone series crushing equipment. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from feasibility studies, prototype development, trial production, testing, and validation to technical issue resolution and continuous product improvement.\nThis position is located in Shaoguan, Guangdong, and reports to the Engineering Manager.\nTEAM YOU BELONG TO\nYou will join the Technology Department, a team of experienced R&D, engineering, and product specialists focused on mining machinery and cone series crushing equipment. The team is dedicated to developing competitive, reliable, and sustainable product solutions that meet customer needs across different applications and operating conditions.\nWe work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as production, quality, sourcing, sales, after-sales service, customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams. Our team culture is built on collaboration, technical excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nLead the development of new cone series products to strengthen product competitiveness, performance, and customer value.\nPrepare feasibility studies and design proposals for new products, and follow up on prototype development, trial production, testing, and validation.\nDrive technical improvements and maintenance of existing products to enhance reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and lifecycle performance.\nProvide technical guidance and practical solutions for product issues arising during production, commissioning, and after-sales service.\nAnalyze technical problems under different operating conditions and propose sustainable engineering solutions.\nMonitor industry technologies, market trends, and customer feedback to support product innovation and strategic planning for related product lines.\nManage and maintain product technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, traceability, and information security.\nApply engineering analysis methods, including finite element analysis and discrete element analysis, to support product design and optimization.\nSupport product lifecycle management activities, including design updates, product standardization, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nComplete other technical tasks within the scope of the role as assigned by the supervisor.\nWHO YOU ARE\nBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nMore than 5 years of R&D experience in mining machinery or main equipment development.\nStrong experience in cone series crushing equipment development, with the ability to independently develop complete product solutions.\nSolid knowledge of product lifecycle management and production process design for mining machinery products.\nProficient in mechanical drawing and skilled in using 2D design software such as CAD and CAXA.\nSkilled in using 3D design software such as SolidWorks for product design.\nExperienced in finite element analysis and discrete element analysis for parts and product optimization.\nFamiliar with cone series product applications and able to solve technical issues under different working conditions.\nAble to understand different customer needs and translate market feedback into product improvement opportunities.\nGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication.\nResponsible, detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work effectively under pressure.\nStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nAble to uphold professional principles and protect company confidential information.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU\nAn inspiring purpose - Enabling sustainable modern life.
