This role requires a broad range of technical skills and excellent project management skills.\nRole and Responsibilities: \nHelp all aspects of telecom equipment deployment from customer relationship, project plan of record, project schedule, cost, and inventory.\nComplete equipment deployment activities\nEnsure that quality of the service providers’ work is within client standards.\nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. \nManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.\nEnsure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.\nPerform on-going status checks with the program team, and periodic reviews with upper management\nManage integration of third-party technical partners with internal team\nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. \nDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. \nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.\nLead and facilitate project activities with the sales agent and client.\nOversee the project timeline\nMaintain a good working relationship with the customer's representatives and all disciplines involved in the project.\nCoordinate activities and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals and objectives.\nEnsure proper records are maintained for all equipment deployment.\nAttend internal coordination and progress meetings, providing updates as needed.\nQualifications: \n3+ years of project coordinator experience\nKnowledge in telecommunications\nBachelor’s degree \n*The salary reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $55,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
