HR transformation\nDrive HR transformation projects within MT India \nCollaborate with cross functional teams to implement HR technology and tools across units \nLead change management efforts to embed new ways of working 3. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: \nBuild strong partnerships with HRBP’s, HR operations and external vendors to support talent acquisition and transformation initiatives. \nFacilitate and educate Hiring Managers on recruitment process and tools\n4.
