To strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for a motivated Product Manager Process Analytics - Biotechnology 100% (all genders).\nIn this role, your key responsibilities will include:\nAssess market requirements and customer needs; define product vision, portfolio strategy and positioning.\nDrive continuous product development and innovation across the sensor and analyzer portfolio for biotechnology applications, particularly cell characterization in cell culture and fermentation. Define use cases and value propositions for new products.\nAct as the voice of the customer and market within R&D. Represent product and market needs in development projects from concept through launch, translating customer requirements into clear priorities and balancing performance, cost and time-to-market.\nWrite product requirement specifications for new products and define technical specifications with R&D. Participate in technology scouting, feasibility studies and design reviews, and lead the commercial aspects of development projects.\nOrganize and evaluate customer feedback, beta testing and field trials with key customers and partners, and feed the results into product development.\nPlan and lead the end-to-end introduction of new sensors and analyzers, coordinating scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks across R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Service and market organizations.\nPlan and execute global product launches.\nManage and develop the assigned portfolio, including phase-in and phase-out, growth and quality. Communicate portfolio changes to the market.\nCreate compelling marketing and sales materials for new product launches and existing products in collaboration with Marketing.\nSupport local sales organizations with product introductions, training, events and customer training.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nIn this role, you will need to fulfill the following requirements to succeed:\nYou have a higher degree in biotechnology or another natural science with at least 3 years of work experience in product management of technical products, ideally in an international company.\nYou bring proven project management experience introducing new analyzers or analytical instruments to the market.\nApplication knowledge in biotechnology industries, ideally in cell culture and bioprocessing.
