Partners for Impact.\nWhat we offer\nBe part of a fast-growing company that helps businesses leverage data analytics for better decision-making.\n\nCollaborate with a highly skilled, dynamic, and supportive team.\n\nOpportunities for career growth and continuous learning in analytics and consulting.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package, including training, mentorship, and travel opportunities.\n\nWhat you will do\nWork closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational processes.\n\nLead requirements elicitation activities through workshops, interviews, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement sessions.\n\nAnalyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.\n\nDocument and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process models.\n\nProduce high-quality project artefacts including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and decision logs.\n\nAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into solution requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n\nSupport backlog refinement, solution validation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change impact assessments.\n\nEnsure requirements traceability from discovery through implementation and business adoption.\n\nIdentify business risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues, escalating where appropriate.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions.\n\nFacilitate workshops, requirement reviews, process walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations.\n\nCommunicate business needs, recommendations, and delivery progress through clear documentation and presentations.\n\nSupport clients through business change and solution adoption by providing structured analysis and recommendations.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, delivery standards, and Business Analysis best practices within the Delivery Excellence capability.\n\nWhat you will bring\n3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Delivery, Digital Transformation, PMO, or related delivery roles.\n\nStrong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, requirements management, business process modelling, and solution lifecycle management.\n\nDemonstrated experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.\n\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.\n\nExperience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across business and technology functions.\n\nAbility to produce high-quality business documentation including BRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.\n\nExperience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while working in a consulting or client-facing environment.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nWillingness to travel based on client and project requirements.\n\nExperience supporting Digital Transformation, Digital Commerce, Enterprise Technology, Data & Analytics, AI, ERP, CRM, Cloud, or business transformation programmes.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration platforms.\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL, APIs, data modelling, reporting, Business Intelligence, or analytics concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with business process modelling standards such as BPMN or UML.\n\nExposure to Product Management, Project Management, Agile Delivery, Change Management, or Business Architecture.\n\nProfessional certifications such as ECBA/CCBA (IIBA), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent.\n\nKnowledge of Dutch or additional European languages is advantageous depending on client engagements.\n\nWe are united by our differences\nAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
