transformation and implementation of the Planning Tools, by executing and partially coordinating end-to-end business testing across all project phases to deliver reliable, user-ready solutions:\n\nTake over test execution across all implementation phases, including sprint testing, SIT, UAT, handshake testing between workstreams, roll-out validation, regression testing and re-testing after defect fixes.\n\nTake over test execution for ongoing enhancements and bugfixes during live usage.\n\nSupport the test manager in aligning test scope, preparing test data, test cases, defect handling, and test coordination.\n\nSupport and guide business testers and junior test resources, and promote consistent standards for test evidence and defect reporting.\n\nParticipate in workshops, sprint reviews, and project meetings , helping to ensure alignment across business, technology, and implementation teams.\n\nProactively communicate status, issues, decisions, and required follow-up actions.\n\nRoll-out and user support\n\nSupport training preparation, documentation, and user onboarding.\n\nTake over first-level functional support during hyper care and live usage.\n\nSupport creation and maintenance of user-friendly training materials and configuration documentation from a business perspective.\n\nSupport initial set up and maintenance of the tools\n\nSupport Business Managers on selected tasks where needed\n\nFollow selected functional requirements from clarification through implementation, validation, business sign-off, documentation, and communication.\n\nSupport on project management tasks\n\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n\nRelevant experience in business testing, test coordination, business analysis, technology consulting and implementation, or a comparable project role.\n\nHands-on experience preparing and executing test cases, supporting UAT and regression testing, documenting evidence, and tracking defects through closure.\n\nVery strong attention to detail, structured working style, and a high level of accuracy in testing and documentation.\n\nAbility to organize test activities, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or capacity gaps.\n\nAbility to understand business processes and technology solutions quickly and translate selected business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.\n\nConfidence working with business users, Business Managers, IT teams, and external implementation partners.\n\nStrong collaboration skills, including proactive communication in remote and cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience creating clear training materials, process documentation, presentations, status updates, and user-support content.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps or similar test-management and defect-tracking tools.\n\nVery good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong skills in data analysis, creating presentations, and translating complex information into clear, compelling materials.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nA proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to work across parallel implementation phases and changing tasks and priorities.\n\nWillingness to travel based on project, training, and roll-out requirements.\n\nExperience or knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes, namely integrated planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, supply chain planning, or related business processes would be a plus.\n\nExposure to planning platforms such as o9 Solutions or comparable enterprise planning tools is a plus.\n\nExperience in fashion, retail, or another complex international business environment preferred but not required.\n\nExperience supporting system training, international roll-outs, hyper care, or continuous-improvement activities is a plus.\n\nExperience coaching
