objectives, functional requirements, and long-term business value.\n\nContribute to technology option assessments, vendor evaluations, and build-versus-buy analysis by assessing business fit, implementation considerations, risks, and expected outcomes.\n\nAnalyse current and future technology landscapes to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and innovation.\n\nDevelop and maintain delivery artefacts including business requirements, business capability maps, process models, technology assessments, solution recommendations, and decision documentation.\n\nStay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to support technology advisory engagements.\n\nIndependently manage assigned workstreams while supporting delivery leads across discovery, solution evaluation, implementation planning, testing, and business adoption activities.\n\nFacilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, and collaborative working sessions to gather business insights and validate solution direction.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders across client organizations.\n\nSupport project planning by managing requirements, deliverables, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and action tracking.\n\nContribute to Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTravel as required to support client engagements.\n\nWhat you will bring\n2-4 years of experience in Business Technology, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Solution Consulting, or related consulting roles.\n\nExperience contributing to business and technology transformation initiatives across one or more industries.\n\nStrong understanding of how technology enables business capabilities, operating models, and digital transformation.\n\nExperience analysing business processes, business requirements, operating models, and technology landscapes.\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise applications, cloud ecosystems, digital platforms, integration concepts, enterprise technology landscapes, and business capability modelling.\n\nAbility to evaluate technology options from business, operational, and commercial perspectives.\n\nStrong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled recommendations.\n\nAwareness of emerging technologies including Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, cloud, and digital platforms, and their application to business challenges.\n\nUnderstanding of AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or enterprise AI adoption is advantageous.\n\nAbility to assess emerging technologies based on business value, feasibility, and organizational impact\n\nStrong consulting, analytical, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare structured presentations and recommendations.\n\nExperience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.\n\nAbility to work effectively with business stakeholders, Technology teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.\n\nComfortable working across multiple client engagements within a fast-paced consulting environment.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related discipline.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nWillingness to travel based on client and project requirements.\n\nGood to have\nExperience supporting Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Platform initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with business capability modelling, business architecture, BPMN, operating model design, or enterprise architecture concepts.\n\nExposure to enterprise collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.\n\nFoundation-level certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, TOGAF, Cloud Platforms, Product Management, or Project
