The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.\nThis collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.\nWhat we offer\nDevelop your professional career by shaping personalized, customer-centric experiences across omnichannel touchpoints.\n\nAccelerate digital transformation and business growth through omnichannel marketing expertise, advanced technology, and data-driven strategies.\n\nDrive customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value by designing, scaling, and optimizing personalized customer journeys.\n\nWhat you will do\nBe responsible for steering CRM strategy and execution in assigned markets to drive member base growth, retention, and loyalty.\n\nDrive business success across multiple markets by combining strategic thinking, market expertise and CRM knowledge.\n\nActs as the main CRM contact for local markets, building strong relationships with Retail and Marketing.\n\nTranslates business objectives into CRM goals, KPIs, and reporting, enabling markets to manage their own performance.\n\nMonitors market performance (daily/weekly/monthly), conducts KPI analyses, and leads regular review meetings.\n\nProvides consulting on CRM tools, analytical models, campaigns, and outreach processes, ensuring correct implementation.\n\nOwns CRM training and internal communication (training materials, CRM University, news formats), in alignment with global teams.\n\nLeads market execution of Global Commerce Engagement projects (market collaboration, training concepts).\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n2-3 years of experience in CRM, customer loyalty, or customer experience, ideally in retail or fashion/luxury.\n\nStrong analytical skills (KPI analysis, interpreting data, deriving actions).\n\nSolid understanding of CRM tools, customer databases, segmentation and outreach logic.\n\nAbility to translate business goals into CRM strategies, campaigns and concrete action plans.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with markets, Retail and Marketing.\n\nStrong communication skills and strong presentation and training skills (designing and delivering trainings, creating materials).\n\nProficient in Excel Sheets and BI tools (e.g. BIS, dashboards);
