journeys.\n\nDesigns automated omnichannel journeys across Retail, eCommerce, App, CRM, and Performance Marketing to drive customer engagement and business performance.\n\nIdentifies and develops impactful customer audiences and personalization concepts based on customer data and insights.\n\nDefines business requirements and collaborates closely with Product Owners, IT, Analytics, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams.\n\nDrives KPI-based testing, optimization, and scaling of personalization use cases into always-on programs.\n\nEnsures data quality, privacy-by-design, and compliant customer data processes across personalization activities.\n\nDefines and steers personalization governance, including audience, contact frequency, and channel prioritization frameworks.\n\nRepresents personalization within the Omnichannel organization and establishes effective cross-functional ways of working.\n\nEmbeds privacy and data quality principles while identifying new personalization opportunities and market trends.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nSuccessfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a comparable qualification.\n\n5-8 years of professional experience in an agency or specialist marketing area.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalization, A/B Testing, CRM, Consent Management, Data Privacy, and Data Quality & Management.\n\nStrong understanding of omnichannel marketing and campaign attribution.\n\nKnowledge of global data privacy regulations.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical concepts and vice versa.\n\nStrong analytical, customer-centric, and creative mindset.\n\nTechnically savvy with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.\n\nActs independently with end-to-end ownership and minimal guidance.\n\nStrong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working in international, cross-functional teams with fluency in
