create and enhance reports/dashboards to track customer behaviour and KPIs\n\nStrong analytical skills and solid knowledge of CRM systems\n\nExpertise in loyalty programs and a strong understanding of customer engagement tracking processes\n\nSolid knowledge of Databricks;
