You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the needs of external and internal stakeholders and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital initiatives and commerce channels\n\nLead senior client discussions across digital commerce topics, connecting business objectives with the right capabilities and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will challenge assumptions, bring a holistic perspective, and ensure that recommendations from different specialists contribute to a coherent client agenda and measurable business outcomes\n\nDrive Amazon management initiatives, helping the client accelerate sales growth, improve operational performance, and strengthen its presence on the platform. Leveraging your understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, vendor and seller operations, commercial levers, and digital commerce dynamics, you will translate business objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable results\n\nCoordinate Amazon-focused workstreams and ensure successful execution across vendor management activities, including performance monitoring, assortment and content optimization, promotional planning, supply chain collaboration, and issue resolution. You will oversee day-to-day client engagement, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment between business priorities and operational execution\n\nShape and execute the Data & Analytics roadmap, working closely with the client to identify opportunities, define data-driven hypotheses, and develop analytical frameworks that support strategic decision-making. You will connect analytical insights with commercial priorities, ensuring that recommendations translate into tangible business impact\n\nPrepare and deliver executive-level materials, translating complex data into clear business recommendations and strategic actions. You will also support the adoption of data-driven ways of working by helping the client embed analytics into planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-making processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand the client relationship, uncover emerging business needs, and develop initiatives that create additional value. By combining commercial awareness with a broad understanding of digital commerce, you will help shape future opportunities and strengthen the long-term partnership\n\nContribute to internal capability-building initiatives, strengthening the team's expertise in Amazon, digital commerce, and advanced analytics. You will actively support the development of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.\n\nWhat you´ll bring\n8 - 10 years of consulting or agency experience, including significant experience in digital commerce and client account management, with a proven track record of leading senior client relationships and multidisciplinary engagements\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Digital Commerce, specifically on third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, Zalando)\n\nA strong T-shaped digital commerce profile: broad enough to independently lead senior client discussions across digital commerce topics, while having sufficient depth to translate these topics into actionable work for specialists. The person should also be able to challenge specialist recommendations and connect the different disciplines into a coherent client agenda\n\nProven experience managing senior client relationships and engagements, with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge perspectives constructively, and translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps\n\nStrong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and connect digital commerce capabilities to measurable business outcomes\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment, high-quality delivery, and accountability for engagement outcomes\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear business recommendations\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics effectively\n\nExperience coaching and developing team members, sharing expertise, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture\n\nFluency in English\n\nAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
