Partners for impact.\nWhat we offer\nOpportunity to accelerate the pace of growth in digitalisation through advanced technology intelligence, and analytics\n\nDriving high-impact insights enhancing decision-making\n\nInteraction with senior stakeholders on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change\n\nDriving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiences\n\nOpportunities to grow using a variety of tools to support development, such as mentoring, coaching and team building\n\nBecome part of a fast-growing international and diverse team\n\nWhat you will do\nSupport the Product Manager in implementing the digital strategy for PLM & PIM, improving platform adoption, operational efficiency and user experience\n\nGather and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery plans\n\nCoordinate digital initiatives and work closely with business and technical teams to support the development and continuous improvement of collection-related processes\n\nPrepare and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimise workflows, improve platform and content quality, and reduce inefficiencies across digital processes\n\nDeliver training sessions and create documentation to help stakeholders use digital tools and processes effectively\n\nCollaborate with Product Management, IT, Digital Channels, Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless digital integration\n\nMonitor digital performance metrics, prepare reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support business objectives\n\nPromote continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and proposing practical and sustainable solutions\n\nWhat you´ll bring\nRelevant experience in digital operations, e-commerce, digital project delivery or product-related roles\n\nExperience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications and translating business needs into actionable plans in collaboration with technical teams\n\nFamiliarity with digital platforms and the ability to learn new systems and tools\n\nExperience with functional testing or user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, issue documentation and follow-up\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into practical recommendations\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain digital tools, processes and requirements to different stakeholders\n\nExperience supporting training, documentation, knowledge sharing or digital adoption initiatives\n\nA proactive approach to process improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities\n\nExperience with PLM & PIM platforms, web analytics and dashboard tools, requirements documentation and delivery tracking tools will be considered an advantage\n\nAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
