do\nSupport the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.\n\nManage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and project documentation.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues where required.\n\nCoordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions.\n\nSupport governance activities including project reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management.\n\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.\n\nEnsure clear communication of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.\n\nSupport change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Technology consultants, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and client stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery.\n\nContribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.\n\nEnsure project deliverables comply with agreed governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, project governance, and team collaboration.\n\nSupport proposal development, project planning activities, and internal capability initiatives where required.\n\nTravel as required to support client engagements.\n\nWhat you will bring\n2-4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related roles.\n\nExperience supporting or managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\n\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.\n\nGood understanding of Project Management principles including planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting, and reporting.\n\nExperience developing project plans, status reports, delivery dashboards, and governance artefacts.\n\nAbility to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.\n\nUnderstanding of project lifecycle management from initiation through delivery and project closure.\n\nUnderstanding of Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\n\nGood analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience working collaboratively within cross-functional consulting and delivery teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare project reports and executive-ready updates.\n\nExperience facilitating project meetings, workshops, and delivery governance sessions.\n\nComfortable working with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nWillingness to travel based on client and project requirements.\n\nGood to have:\nExperience delivering Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Platform programmes.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience using project delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar collaboration platforms.\n\nFoundation certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, CAPM), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management.\n\nAwareness of PMO governance, financial tracking, resource planning, and portfolio
