Enterprise Applications, Customer Experience, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation programmes.\n\nProven experience managing large-scale programmes, portfolios, or multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated success leading multidisciplinary delivery organizations within consulting or client-facing environments.\n\nStrong expertise in Programme and Portfolio Management including governance, financial management, resource planning, dependency management, benefits realization, risk management, and executive reporting.\n\nExperience establishing delivery governance models, PMO structures, portfolio reporting, and programme controls.\n\nAbility to manage competing business priorities while aligning delivery with strategic objectives.\n\nExperience managing programme budgets, commercial performance, and portfolio-level planning.\n\nStrong understanding of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, Data & AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, or enterprise transformation initiatives.\n\nAbility to align business strategy with programme execution and organizational transformation.\n\nExperience leading organizational change, business readiness, and enterprise-wide transformation programmes.\n\nStrong commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth and client account development.\n\nExceptional leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.\n\nProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional organizations.\n\nExperience coaching Project Managers and developing high-performing delivery teams.\n\nAbility to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex organizational environments.\n\nStrong consulting mindset with structured problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n\nMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nWillingness to travel internationally based on client and programme requirements.\n\nGood to have\nExperience leading enterprise Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Platform programmes.\n\nFamiliarity with Programme and Portfolio Management frameworks such as MSP, PMI, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or equivalent.\n\nExperience establishing PMO governance, portfolio reporting, financial management, resource capacity planning, and benefits realization frameworks.\n\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or Change Management certifications.\n\nExperience managing global delivery teams, strategic vendor relationships, and enterprise transformation programmes.\n\nKnowledge of Dutch or additional European languages is advantageous depending on client engagements.\n\nWe
