This role delivers accurate reporting, data analysis and collaboration with all departments within Hestan.\nKey Responsibilities\nRetail Account Support\nSupport national, regional and independent specialty accounts sales teams\nManage new account setup process internally. \nMaintain the master customer list, pricing, and rep group assignments and commissions.\nHelp facilitate gourmet retailers and reps using B2B portal to get orders entered and processed as we roll out to retailers. \nPOS Aggregation, Reporting & Analysis\nAggregate POS data from retailer portals, data providers, and internal systems\nProduce and distribute weekly trended POS reports for our key retailers\nAnalyze sell-through, trends, distribution, and promotional performance\nPrepare selling analysis by customer, by collection, and by SKU on a regular basis\nSupport customer meeting sales presentations with key datasets\nPrepare quarterly and annual best sellers’ recap and year-end performance summaries\nSales Reporting & Incentives\nPrepare and distribute monthly sales reports by rep group\nGenerate monthly sales rep commission reports\nProduce quarterly actual sales vs. budget and forecast goal reports\nProcess sales associate incentive programs, including tracking and payouts\nProcess and track all registry orders\nPromotions, Pricing & Programs\nMaintain current price lists and promotional pricing\nManage updates for national promotions for Hestan\nEnsure pricing accuracy across internal systems and customer-facing documents\nItem Setup & Product Support\nSupport new item launch success by overseeing setup, maintenance and launch at retail accounts, including setting up SKUs, helping aggregate preliminary forecasts, assets distribution and availability communication. \nWork with sales manager to set up items and content within retailer portals\nManage allocations and reservations in coordination with sales and operations\nCoordinate and track sales samples for sales reps, retailers, and hospitality customers\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with Sales, Supply, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support account needs\nAggregate sales and account forecasts on a monthly basis and be point person representing sales to the supply team. \nHelp team track and analyze inventory flow and communicate where there are trend changes and discrepancies.\nSupport account sales, rep groups, and hospitality partners with data and follow-up\nEscalate account, pricing, or quoting issues to resolution\nEnsure SOPs are created for all tasks.\nQualifications\nExperience supporting national accounts, specialty/independent retail, or rep group models a plus\nSelf-directed;
