analytical skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to take ownership of accounting deliverables while consistently meeting deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.\nPrepare, calculate, and record accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting.\nPerform and review balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.\nManage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes in accordance with US GAAP.\nPrepare and analyze financial statements, supporting schedules, and financial reports.\nReview financial transactions and investigate unusual variances or discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.\nCollaborate closely with US-based accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.\nSupport external audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and financial schedules.\nAssist with accounting activities across multiple properties, locations, or legal entities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.\nEnsure all assigned deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.\nProactively communicate potential accounting issues, risks, or delays.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n3-8 years of accounting experience preferred, with strong hands-on responsibilities.\nStrong full-cycle accounting experience.\nSolid knowledge and practical application of US GAAP.\nPrevious experience working with US-based teams or organizations.\nProven experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nHands-on experience with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.\nStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements.\nExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProperty accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.\nExperience managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations.\nExperience with Yardi, MRI, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems.\nPrevious experience supporting external audits.\nBackground in a public accounting firm or accounting practice.\nExperience working in industries such as:\nSenior Living or Retirement Communities\nProperty Management or Real Estate\nHospitality\nMulti-location or multi-entity
