SummaryWe are looking for a Data Application Service Engineer responsible for the implementation, administration, operation, maintenance, and technical support of enterprise data applications and performance, security, and reliability.The candidate should have a technical foundation in Data Management, Data Governance, Database, System, and Network, with good communication and customer-facing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Administration & Operation-Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and administer data applications, including Denodo, Immuta, SAP BO, IBM DataStage, and SnapLogic.-Maintain application environments across Development, Test/UAT, and Production.-Perform application administration, including user/access management, configuration, roles, permissions, and service management.-Monitor application health, capacity, and resource utilization.-Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot application, integration, data processing, database, and connectivity issues.-Analyze application, system, and database logs to identify root causes.-Support application deployment, patching, upgrades, backup/restore, and recovery activities.-Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).-Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major or recurring incidents.-Provide customer support according to service levels, including 5x8 and 24x7 support.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n\n0–2 years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related roles.\n\nGood understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, and Database concepts.\n\nBasic knowledge of System Administration, Network, and Connectivity troubleshooting.\n\nExperience or knowledge of SQL and database connectivity.\n\nBasic understanding of application installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operation.\n\nGood communication skills with customers and internal technical
