* 1-Year Contract (Convertible to permanent upon performance) Job Description1. Assist in deploying and configuring security solutions such as network, application & data security, and endpoint security systems for clients.2. Manage and execute Corrective Maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairing, and restoring systems to normal operation after faults or incidents.3. Participate in Incident Management by recording, escalating, and coordinating incident resolution according to defined procedures and SLAs under senior guidance.4. Perform Preventive Maintenance by conducting routine health checks, patch updates, configuration reviews, and ensuring optimal system performance.5. Collaborate with senior engineers to provide technical consulting, recommendations, and security best practices during delivery and post-sales phases.6. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, maintenance activities, incident reports, and client-specific procedures.7. Stay updated on product enhancements, security standards, and industry trends to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of IT/security-related experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and information security concepts.
Willingness to learn and work across multiple security domains.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Service-minded with high responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English; conversational proficiency is an advantage.
