THE ROLE

The Presentation Specialist is responsible for the production and delivery of presentation materials used by client-facing teams to communicate investment strategies and offerings around the world. These materials support business development efforts and ongoing client relationships by helping teams communicate investment strategies, products, and services to prospective and existing clients.

Working under the guidance of management and senior team members, this role ensures all presentation materials are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with established templates, brand standards, and quality expectations.

This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and implement content revisions, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within required timelines while supporting a high standard of client service. The Presentation Specialist also conducts quality reviews to minimize risk and maintain consistency across materials.

In addition, the role collaborates with team members and business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• With direction, manages the end-to-end presentation production process of marketing and client service presentations used around the globe.
• With guidance, learnsthe varying datarequirementsfor differentproducts and vehicles andapplies that knowledge to accuratelyreview materials. Establishes a comfort level with regional nuances and can identify performance, compliance and other custom investment requirements specific to a particular region or product style when reviewing material.
• Peer reviews and proofreadsmaterialsto ensure that currentcorporate editorialstandardsand formatsare adhered to,andalldataandinformationis accurate. Ensuresthat documentscontainallnecessarycontentandgraphicelements;identifiesproblem areas and provides edits via PDF annotations.
• Maintains consistency across multiple product, region and vehicle styles and escalates issues to management as appropriate.
• Participatesin ongoing team tasksas requiredincluding, but not limited to topicssuchas quarterly material updates,translation project management, document posting and verification to print portals.
• Proactively expands knowledge and cross-trains in order to help with production needs in times of high volume and can provide coverage in other areas as needed.
• With support from manager and senior team members, ensuresthe following:thatthe high-quality ofMFSmaterialsareconstantly upheld; that the MFSbrandstandardis consistentlyfollowed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalenteducationor experience.
• Experiencein a data reporting and/or a desktop publishing environment,preferably with experiencein the financial servicesindustry.
• Ability to workwellunder pressureandmanage severalprojects at the sametime whileundertightdeadlines.Ability toproofmaterialssuch as:charts,tables, graphs,text and graphicalelements.
• KnowledgeofWindows-based operating system and applications, includingAdobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in graphing software preferred. Experience with workflow management systems such as Sharepoint/Workfront a plus.
• Strong communicationsskills requiredaswellasthe ability to workwell with a variety of peopleatall levelsof the company.Abilityto workwellin a teamenvironment.
• Strong problem-solvingskills.
• Attentionto detail,especially whenworking withdata.

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with the Seismic content enablement platform is a plus.
