The role focuses on coordinating delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and creating an environment where distributed teams can collaborate effectively and deliver predictable outcomes.\nThis role plays a key part in aligning people, process, and delivery cadence, ensuring that communication remains clear and consistent across locations, time zones, and stakeholders.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead and support delivery across Scrum teams working in a hybrid and geographically distributed model.\nManage cross-team and cross-location dependencies to ensure delivery commitments are understood, visible, and actively managed.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication across UK- and India-based teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, priorities, and delivery progress.\nEnable consistent use of Scrum practices, supporting teams to operate in a structured and sustainable way.\nBuild and nurture high-performing teams that are not co-located, fostering trust, inclusion, and collaboration.\nWork closely with product, engineering, and other delivery partners to support coordinated planning and execution.\nIdentify delivery risks and constraints early, supporting timely decision-making and mitigation.\nPromote continuous improvement in delivery practices across teams.\nKey Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nStrong experience working with Scrum in technology delivery environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams.\nExperience building, supporting, and sustaining teams that are geographically distributed.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and effectively across locations and cultures.\nExperience working within hybrid agile delivery models.\nUnderstanding of how to balance delivery focus with team health and sustainable ways of working.\nSuggested Essential Skills\nDependency and delivery coordination\nClear and inclusive communication\nScrum and agile delivery practices\nStakeholder engagement across locations\nTeam development in non-co-located environments\nRisk and issue awareness\nWhat we offer:\nWe’re dedicated to supporting your wellbeing and helping you thrive, both at work and beyond.
