programs.\nMaintain an organized, accurate, and up-to-date community member database.\nDevelop and schedule community activity calendars that align with member needs and company goals.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Nutrition or a related field.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in managing online communities, with a strong focus on the WhatsApp platform.\nExperience in providing nutrition counseling or having a solid foundational knowledge of nutrition is a huge plus.\nProficient in managing WhatsApp communities and using supporting tools such as Google Sheets and Canva.\nProven ability to craft highly engaging and interactive content for online communities.\nStrong capability in analyzing engagement metrics and generating insightful periodic reports.\nExperienced in managing and organizing member databases.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCreative and innovative thinker when designing community activities.\nNatural ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community members.\nStrong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.\nProactive, solution-oriented, and highly empathetic.\nDeeply committed to creating a positive impact within the community.\nAble to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with excellent time-management
